Photos captured from phones or newer digital cameras should work fine for a painting or photo reproduction. Please try to send the original image file and not a small copy. Images in .JPEG or .PDF format are preferred (max 20mb in size).

Scan Paper Photos to Digital:

Use a standard photo image scanner to scan your image at 600 dpi resolution. Save the file in JPEG format with the highest quality setting. If you have an old photo and don't have a scanner - visit the print dept at any local Office Depot, Staples or Fed-Ex Office. They will scan your photo at 600 dpi and save it to a CD for you. Some locations will also send the image file to your email. When you return home upload the digital image from your CD here through our website.
